X-Seal PU25 is a fast-curing one-component moisturecuring polyurethane adhesive sealant that turns into a

It is a single component elastomeric polyurethane sealant for expansion joints. lt cures into a flexible, durable and weather resistant elastomeric sealant that has very good adhesion to most construction materials. It is highly durable, excellent adhesion which requires no priming on most substrates. It bears very good ageing, weatherproofing and waterproofing properties.
Bostik Seal "N" Flex® 1 is a low modulus, one component, Class-A polyurethane sealant. When cured it will form a tough and flexible seal capable of cyclic expansion and compression movement of 100% (+ 50%) of the original installed joint width.
CICO Seal T 680 Polysulphide is two pack Polysulphide based joint sealant available in GUN GRADE and POUR GRADE. CICO Seal T 680 Polysulphide gun grade is a gun-applied, non-sag type for vertical joints and CICO Seal T 680 Polysulphide pour grade is for horizontal movement joints. When two packs are mixed, i.e. Polysulphide resin (Pack-A) with curing agent (Pack-B), it forms a tough, flexible, durable rubber like material with strong adhesive properties on most building substrates and joints.

CICO NO.3 is high versatile free flowing colorless concrete additives in liquid
form. It is used as quick setting cum rapid hardening admixture for concrete
and plaster. This is also used as Antifreeze/deicing compound for plain
concrete in sub zero climatic conditions.
SikaGrout®-214 IN S is a cement based 1-component, ready to mix, non-shrink, ready to use, pourable and flowable, expanding engineering grout in dry powder form. It is widely used for precision grouting in engineering objects subjected to static and dynamic loads.
Conbextra GP2 is supplied as a ready to use dry powder. The
addition of a controlled amount of clean water produces a free
flowing, non-shrink grout for gap thicknesses up to 100mm.
Conbextra GP2 is a blend of Portland cement, graded fillers
and chemical additives which impart controlled expansion in
the plastic state whilst minimising water demand. The low
water demand ensures high early strength. The graded fillers
are designed to assist uniform mixing and produce a consistent
grout.
Kerapoxy is a two-component, very low emission of volatile organic compounds, epoxy-resin-based product with silica sand and special components, with excellent resistance to acids and excellent cleanability. The following features are obtained when used correctly:
• Excellent mechanical and chemical resistance, therefore excellent durability.
• A smooth final surface with low water absorption, therefore easy to clean; ensures hygiene.

LOKFIX is a two-component polyester resin anchoring grout, meeting the requirements of BS EN 1504-6: Anchoring of reinforced steel bars.
High performance two-component polyurethane adhesives for ceramic tiles and stone material.
Applications:
Keralastic is an improved reaction resin adhesive (R2). Interior and exterior floor and wall bonding of ceramic tiles, natural stone and agglomerates, mosaic on all types of substrates normally used in building. Particularly suitable for metal, wood, fibre-cement, rubber, PVC and linoleum surfaces. Absolutely necessary for bonding natural stone and agglomerates (all types of marbles, Verde Alpi, slate,…) also subject to movement and size variation due to the absorption of water (class C of dimentional stability according to Mapei standards). Applied in a continuous layer, they create a perfect waterproof surface on which ceramic tiles can be applied with the same product. Suitable for surfaces subject to accidental contact with water (for example wooden kitchen work surfaces).
Keralastic T (R2T) is the thixotropic version of Keralastic and is particularly suitable for vertical applications.
Renderoc Plug is supplied as a ready to use blend of dry
powders which requires only the site addition of clean water
to produce a highly consistent, rapid setting mortar which is
easy to apply in many difficult conditions. The material is
based on a blend of cements, graded aggregates, special
fillers and chemical additives which control the rate of set
and minimise the risk of thermal cracking.
Renderoc Plug provides an initial set time of approximately
one minute.
